개인이야기: 1987년 6월 학생 시민재야 인사 정치인 등 각계각층이 전국적인 규모로 법인 민주화운동 정부가 4월13일 호헌조치를 발표해 모든 개헌논의를 봉쇄한 가운데 박종철고문살인사건에 대한 은폐조작 사실이 밝혀지자 국민들의 민주화에 대한열망이 전국적으로 대규모 시위 형태로 나타났다.
6월 10일 호헌철폐 및 고문치사사건 조작은폐 규탄대회에서 부터 시작된 민주화 시위는 6월26일 민주헌법 쟁취를 위한"국민평화대행진"까지 이어졌다."70만명참가 전국 곳곳에서""300여명이상이 구속되었다."
민주화운동은 결국6.29선언을 이끌어내는데 성공했다.

7~9월 걸쳐들 불처럼 일어났던 노동자 대투쟁의 기폭제 였다.

이 시대에서도 우리는 이 민주에 소중함과 헌법수호에 정신을 계속이어나가 통일에 그날에 붘녁에도 ,이 민주에함성과,시청앞 역에서,아니 시청앞 광장에서,"사랑으로" 만나자던 약속이 ,그속에서,대한민국 함성을 들을수있었다.우연치 않게,한 소년이 스피커 폰을 들고 내이야기를 하면서 사랑으로를 같이 합창하고,분명 우리안에 그 분이 같이 할 거라고 하면서 대한민국을 외칠때.......나는 다시금 애국심이 그 청녀에 눈망울에 보였다.가족이 있기에 국가가 있고,국가가 있기에 우리가 있고,이 땅에 사랑이 충만 하다는 느낌이 필승코리아로 이어졌다.나는 행복했다.중국에서 상엽아,보아라.어머니도 보고있다라는 프랭카드와 "중국 관중에서 나오는 민주화와 북경천안문 민주화 광장에서" 영웅비 처럼 스처지나가는 박상엽님 "나와서 얼굴을 보여 달라는 함성".그 속에서 누군가 지금 이 순간에 아니,다음에 휼륭한 모습으로 ,아니 준비된 모습으로 대중앞에 나와달라는 소리로,다음기회에 연설을 해야한다고 대변인이있었다.

평화의문 올림픽공원과 세계조각설치미술(1987년~1988년)당시에 나는
대학생이자,고등학생이였다.당당 서울대 법대 학생간부이였고,잠실고등학교학생이기도 했다.수업일수만 채우고,명예 졸업장으로대신 하라는 학교측 설명과는 다르게,위 사건으로 학교을 다니게 되었다.그리고,평화의 문을 제작하게되었다.많은 어린이와 시민들 속에서 작품제작도 하고,작품재료를 가지고온 서폰서 회사 아저씨가 나에게 또한번에 용기를 주었다.이 땅에 민주화가 오고있잖아,아이들과 사진을 꼭찍어두렴,........이 작품에 투표를 해달고 부탁도하고,칭찬도 듣고,한국인으로써 자랑스러웠다.
올림피아드 ,................................정신으로 말이다.
2007년 지금 무슨 말을 하고 싶을까,정부에 지도자는 지적재산권 남용과 계속되어지는 인격적 모멸감,그리고 행복추구권을 말살하면서 역사를 왜곡하는 사람들 ........
우리 대한민국 시민은 우수한데,아직도 그들은 정권을 유지하기위해,그리고,쟁취하기위해,수 많은 민주 열사들을 역곡(왜곡)하고,탄악(탄압)하고있다.우리는 언제쯤 통일로 갈 수 있을까.
